Visiting or sending emails to Birth Clothing Co. constitutes electronic communications. You consent to receive electronic communications and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically, via email and on the Site, satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

YOUR ACCOUNT

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You may not assign or otherwise transfer your account to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that Birth Clothing Co. is not responsible for third party access to your account that results from theft or misappropriation of your account. Birth Clothing Co. and its associates reserve the right to refuse or cancel service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in our sole discretion.

Birth Clothing Co. does not knowingly collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of thirteen. If you are under 18, you may use only with permission of a parent or guardian.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY

Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order to cancel for a full refund. If your order has already reached the final stages of processing, or has already been shipped within the 24 hour window, we will be unable to cancel your order. 

RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted on merchandise within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase). Returns must be in original, unused, unworn condition with all tags attached and all packaging included. Returns/refunds will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. Shipping charges are not refundable. Items marked FINAL SALE are not returnable. 

Important Note: Returns must be received within 30 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse. For returned items past the 30 day return period, a 25% restocking fee will be subtracted from the store credit given. Returns older than 45 days will be rejected, and you will be contacted to have them shipped back to you at your expense. Birth Clothing Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or shipments.

Multiple Product Orders 
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Order Acceptance Policy 
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Birth Clothing Co. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Other Conditions 
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether Birth Clothing Co. signs them or not. We reserve the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time.

PayPal Payments 
We gladly accept PayPal Payments. Payments made thru this service are subject to PayPal's terms and conditions.

Returns 
You can return unworn, unused, and non-final sale items within 14 days of delivery for online store credit. On the back of your packing slip, note the reason(s) for the return. Items must have all tags attached and placed back into original packing bag. Please be aware if you return a garment that has cigarette smoke, foreign odors, deodorant stains, makeup stains, jewelry or ring snags, etc, we will not accept your return and it will be sent back to you.

Taxes 
Our Store shall automatically charge and withhold the 6% VA Sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within Virginia. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Disputes 
If you file a dispute and we review your order to then discover that your dispute is fraudulent, you will no longer be eligible to make any future purchases with Birth Clothing Co.. Any future orders you may complete will be cancelled and you will be refunded to your original form of payment.

Typographical Errors 
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price, due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Birth Clothing Co. has the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. Our store shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we will immediately issue a refund to your credit card account in the amount of the canceled item or complete order if applicable.
